Stand up before your back makes you stand.
A standing desk timer that alternates sit and stand on its own. Set your intervals, pick a chime, and let it nudge you to switch posture all day.
Defaults: Sit 25 min, then Stand 15 min. Alternates each cycle. Audio unlocks after your first click. Allow notifications when prompted.
Sitting all day, or standing all day, both hurt
The problem with a static desk is the static part. Hours in one posture, sitting or standing, is what your body objects to. Alternating between the two through the day gives the best of both. A 25-minute sit then 15-minute stand split keeps you moving without forcing you to stand for hours.
Pick whether you want to start sitting or standing, adjust the durations if 25 and 15 are not your numbers, then hit Start. Let it run in a background tab. When a cycle ends you hear a chime and a notification tells you to switch. Start the next cycle, or snooze a minute if you need to finish a thought.
No accounts, no analytics, no tracking. The only thing saved is your preferred starting mode, which lives in your own browser. Close the tab and it is gone.
